have anticipated just about as many questions they can think of,

I
have my design, what do I do now? |

Answer: |
Enclosed on your DVD is a file called Cost
Advisor which
contains a breakdown of the
furniture used in your
design, and a list of
suppliers. If you indicated
at the time of your survey you
would not be doing the work
yourself, it also contains a
list of contractors who will
do the work for you, once
you have accepted their
quote. We make no charge for
this additional service,
unlike other interior design
companies, so please feel
free to use whomever you
prefer.

What if I don't like the design? |

Answer: |
Once we have the dimensions of your room, a change to the
initial proposed design can be quickly made. We charge £30 per
hour for any changes, regardless of how many changes we make in
that hour. Due to the nature of our work, we are able to make
some changes more quickly than others. Prior to making the
changes we give you an hourly time estimate, and cost. Most
changes do not require a second visit to your home, however, an
additional charge is made if we feel this is necessary.

What
if I want multiple rooms designing. Can I have more than one
room done at a time? |

Answer: |
Yes,
of course we can do as many rooms as you like. As the process
for one room is no different for many rooms: the process is
simply repeated. We will survey, and design each room as a
separate contract. Once you have paid for your first design, the
next room can be surveyed, and so on.

How long does the whole process take? |
|
|
Answer: |
Once we have fixed a date to visit your property to conduct our
survey, the survey generally takes no longer than a couple of
hours. We generally have the final design back to you within two
weeks, but demand may change this, so there is naturally some
calibration made according to those orders which have been
placed before yours. If you need your order in a hurry, then
please let us know in advance.

Do
you offer discount? |

Yes!
If you pay for more than one room we give you 10% cash discount,
on the total base price, of the first order when you order
multiple rooms at the same time. So for example, we will pay you
£19 on a lounge which does not exceed 13m². Also, if you use the
recommendation voucher inside the DVD box and find a new order,
once we have collected payment on that order we will pay you 10%
cash discount, on the total base price.

If I am dissatisfied about your product or company what should I
do? |

As we are a front facing company we sincerely hope we meet your
expectations. If in the unlikely event this may not be the case,

If I
cannot play your movies what should I do? |

Answer: |
Our movies require QuickTime player to be installed on your
machine. You can download it for free at
http://www.download.com
Once you have installed it,
try playing the movie again.
Also, playing movies over
the Internet requires good
band width from your
Internet supplier. If your
internet connection is slow
then you may experience
problems. We have done our
best to make our movies as
small as possible, so if you
cannot see them immediately,
please be patient and
eventually they will appear
once you've downloaded them.

Why is your service any better than going to another store that
provides a bedroom, or kitchen design service? |

Answer: |
At Preview Interiors we welcome competition. If you feel you get
a better deal elsewhere you should use it. We also believe your
home, like you, is a reflection of your personality. What you
may not have realised however is that when you shop at a
specific store, the store range and prices are locked into only
the brands they have partnerships with. This often means you
never get the opportunity to experience alternative products. We
however have no limitations on product range. We simply listen
to you and create a personal design which best reflects your
personality. After all, who wants a design that someone else
already has, you want your home to be different right?
