Our design for
Selling service is modular by design. Start with our
Walkthrough Consultation at just £59, and then
simply add other modules as required. Each module is
explained below.
Walkthrough Consultation
£59
Our walkthrough
starts from the street, before buyers have entered
your property, and objectively focuses on hot-spots
likely to turn buyers away. If buyers don't like
what they see outside; chances are they won't go
inside.
Once our consultant is inside, they will walkthrough
your home highlighting each room's strengths and
weaknesses which increase or decrease the sale. You
are encouraged to ask questions and take notes
throughout.
Part of our consultation requires that we know the
potential selling price for your property based on
your estate agent's estimate, and the appropriate
minimal level of investment required to increase
viewings or the selling price. Preferably both!
Written report
£79
We offer a written report
service, because we know how hard it can be to write
down and remember all the good advice our
consultants give during our Walkthrough
Consultation.
Once the walkthrough is complete, we create a
detailed report ready to work from.
As you'd expect, it highlights all the essentials to
set you on your way, just as we covered in the
walkthrough. For an additional £39, we also create a
shopping list of furniture and accessories using
local shops and traders.
Makeover
Before a buyer will consider making an offer on your
property, they need to feel comfortable the home
they are
buying has been cared for. Once you have a list of
improvements from the Walkthrough Consultation, it's
time to crack open the DIY box and get busy. Do all
the easy jobs first, such as cleaning, decluttering,
and painting. And for anything you can't handle,
we'll be happy to give you quotes using either our own tradesmen, or
trusted local
ones.
Dressing &
Styling £59
per hour
Once your house is sparkling clean, decluttered,
neutralised and repaired, it's time to prepare for
your buyers. Our professional stylists will dress
and style your home, good enough to receive even
Royalty. Using their creative flair and professional
design expertise your "new home" will ooze comfort
and set a memorable impression on any visitor. Until
it's sold, all you need to do it make sure it stays
that way.
Personal Shopper
£199
Most of us
live a busy life. Sometimes it's nice to have someone
take total care of you. Knowing this, we developed a
luxurious service based on the amount of time our
stylists will spend searching for the most suitable and
economical accessories. Using the information gathered
from the Walkthrough Consultation, they will work on the
agreed budget and source items from high street shops,
local markets and traders. Once you have your
accessories, either dress the room yourself or use are
